TSM is a suite of addon modules that can be used together or singularly. Using the modular approach allows the player to load only the parts they want, and decide how much memory they want to dedicate to the addon. The modular suite gives players control over the size of the addon. TSM is still in Beta, and some modules are not yet completed. Run it as an Administrator and then go to the "Edit" dropdown, and click "Add". When you get it extracted, look for "dxwnd" as an application where you extracted it to. There's a download for it online, but be sure that you have WinRar/7Zip before you download it, or you'll have no way to run this program. There's a nice little program called DxWnd, which will help you bind the program in a windowed form.
